Molly Zahn Harrison

Molly is the buyer's agent for our home and we have had nothing but a nightmare experience! During the initial negotiations, she was very responsive and polite (obviously), but ever since we went under contract she has been demeaning, manipulative and unresponsive. She has pushed back the inspection date so far that we are now having to extend the due dilligence period, we didn't hear from her for 3 days straight (even when we called and left v-mails) and her contractors for the inspection showed up an entire hour early and were incredibly rude when we told them they could not enter the home (since we work from home) until the agreed appointment time, in addition to numerous other issues. She is not a serious realtor (and apparently her client isn't serious either), as she obviously thinks the purchase of a home is one-sided deal. My husband and I already agreed that if this deal does not go past the due diligence period, and we have to re-list our home - we will not accept any showings for new clients if they are represented by Molly. She is a nightmare!!!! I would encourage everyone to run for the hills and get better, more professional representation!
