Monica is the best. She helped us through the harrowing process of buying our first home. It was her expertise that suggested we write a back-up offer on a home -- which ending up being OUR home in the end. She was always encouraging and smart and gave us great insight into where to buy, local trends, etc... She's the best. And it took us forever to find a home, but she didn't give up until she found us the perfect place.
