Monica helped me buy a home
Monica Parker is amazing. We received Monica's name through a co-worker and she immediately responded. Not only does she have an approachable and personable demeanor, she is extremely dedicated to helping you in any way possible and communicates with you every step of the way. We liked a dozen condos on her app and Monica cleared her schedule and spent the entire weekend with us. She was organized and meticulous in her planning of the condos we would visit. We fell in love with one of the properties and placed an offer! Monica is extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, and always put our best interests first. She walked us through the entire process and made sure we felt comfortable with everything. Monica fought to get us a great price on our condo and she made sure to negotiate for several add ons as well. She went way above and beyond for us! We would recommend her to anyone and will definitely use her again if the need arises.
