Monica Wilhelm began her career in real estate in 2005 after attending the University of St. Thomas and the University of Houston. In her first year she dedicated most of her time in commercial real estate then acquired a passion for residential. In 2007, just two years later, she completed the requirements of the Texas Real Estate Commission and became a Broker. She is a devoted mother of one and her other devotion is her company. “I strive daily on how to satisfy every client and educate them on the constant changes in this industry,” says Monica. “Our goal is to not only sell properties, but to assist our clients find an asset that will provide equity and appreciation in value over time,” she explains.
