Basically, he is the landlord from hell. I never had someone so unprofessional and uncaring in my life. I'm currently living in one of his rent house and there is constantly things going wrong , he basically do not solve the problem just patched up things temporarily. I have told him about the air not working properly and instead of taking care of the problem he brings someone, who by the way looks like they are off the streets come tell me that I am crazy and there is nothing wrong with my air and leave. I have kids who have respiratory problems and do you think he cares? I have been out of money because of him, it's ridiculous how uncaring some landlords are. Please do not rent from this man, he will make your life a living hell.
