Morgan L Hill

Initially starting his business career in real estate, Morgan Hill purchased his first single family residence in 1998 and in 2008 relinquished the property after maximizing its full rental and depreciation value. Buying and managing multiple units throughout the Metro Atlanta area before receiving his real estate license in 2001, he learned through experience how to recognize and capitalize on a properties raw potential. Currently residing in Duluth and Powder Springs, working at Charlesworth Realty has given him the freedom to develop the concept of real estate agency from the ground up. With this new found freedom Mr. Hill has developed several plans to help home buyers and sellers and continues to succeed through his service and high level of commitment to his clients.
