Myrna first sold my home for more than I thought it was worth. Not only did she show me data that convinced me to list it higher than what I expected, but she got an offer over asking price. Her task then became finding a new home that would fit my growing family. Myrna found a listing that had been on the market for several months and I had already skipped past a dozen times on the various real estate websites. She saw beyond the clutter and bad pictures and convinced me to see it in person. She then negotiated an accepted offer well below the listing price. I would not hesitate to use Myrna again and again for all my real estate transactions
