To our surprise, she had her finger on the pulse of the housing market in many parts of the Metropolitan area. Her savvy and frank, yet diplomatic assessments helped us sell our old home in a month. I don't normally leave reviews unless something/someone is exceptionally great or horrible and in Myrtle's case she is of course exceptionally wonderful!! She went so far above the normal and was a pleasure to work with! We've bought a new home from her and now we're lucky enough to have her list our other home for sale! Can't say enough good words about Myrtle, she's a gem! Thank you again!
