Having Nancy as our Realtor made the process of buying a house stress free and easy! She really listened to what we wanted and was able to find homes that perfectly matched our wish list. She definitely did a lot of work for us by sifting through all the home inventory out there, making it a much easier and pleasant experience than if we would’ve had to do all the leg work on our own. Not only that, but she is super friendly and was very accommodating to our busy schedules. We ended up with the PERFECT house all thanks to Nancy!!! We honestly can’t say enough good things about Nancy!! Excellent experience!! Will definitely use her again if we ever move!!

Not only is Nancy is extremely knowledgeable about the Atlanta and surrounding area's housing market and she knows exact6ly which negotiated terms will put you into the best position to secure your home. Nancy is also extremely caring and diligent. Nancy went above and beyond throughout our home buying process to make sure that we were getting documents and forms in place to meet timing concerns, and also made sure keep everything on track for a smooth closing process. Nancy was amazing and calming our nerves throughout what can be a very stressful and nerve-wracking process. Nancy is a problem solver and she made sure that we never had to worry when buying our home. We would recommend Nancy 11 out of 10 times for buying or selling a home and we will certainly be working with her again!
