I became a Real Estate Agent in Missouri in 2005. I lived and worked in St. Louis, MO until 2012. I moved to Naples, FL and was licensed in FL as of June 2012. In both place I was a REALTOR. I used to be a teacher and approach helping customers that way. I educate my buyers on the statistics of homes selling in the area, what to pay attention to when viewing/listing a home, and the process of buying/selling a home (even if it's not their first time, things change). I want to understand my customers wants, needs, and desires in a home. I listen. I want to help them narrow down the "Must-haves" and "wants" to find the right house that fits their criteria, but also is obtainable. My customer HAS to be happy with their house. For me, I don't care how much my commission is because it's all about the customer's happiness, not about me earning "the biggest bucks". In addition to a real estate agent, I'm also a real estate investor. I've done rehabs, rentals, and wholesales.

Nancy listed and sold my home
Worst ever. It was like she was working for seller Said we were asking for to much from sellers. Texted us at 2 in the morning. Toilet leaked at last visit and said there was nothing we could do. Just after the money. Let us down big time. Shouldn't be able to sell houses. She sucked!!!!!
Nancy helped me buy a home
She is the worst realtor I've ever dealt with. Dishonest, unethical, lazy, and certainly doesn't care about the buyers that she is representing. Even the title company couldn't believe the things she had done to us. She would call and text me in the middle of the night, 2:00 in the morning. Not enough space in this paragraph for me to itemize everything. She should not have gotten paid. She should be fired!!! She did not perform in any of the areas below.!! She argued with us through the entire process of buying our house. A horrible experience since we relocated from NH to Florida and this should have been a happy time for us.
