Working with Libby has been a refreshing change from the experience we have had with other realtors. She is a real go-getter! We had worked with her in the past when buying our home so when we had to rent out our property, we knew she was the perfect person to work with. She made the process completely effortless for us and she did a great job at the same time. I would recommend her with my eyes closed.

Libby helped us purchase a house in Coral Gables. She is without a doubt, the most professional, knowledgeable and supportive real estate agent that we have worked with. She listened to our needs and she very quickly understood the types of houses that would suit us best. She stuck to our budget and gave great advice when it came to negotiating. We will work with Libby again in the future and we strongly recommend her.

Libby contacted me immediately after I emailed her from out-of-state. She went above "above and beyond" to help me sell my grandmother's condo which was A) part of an estate, B) not in great condition, C )in avery difficult condo association. there were tax issues, association fee and buyer-approval issues, and Libby calmly but aggressively took them all on and ultimately the condo sold. I can't think of how Libby could have done her job any better. Comunication was excellent, timeliness and responsiveness excellent. Everything was done via fax and e-mail, which made my life SO much easier. "Thank you" doesn't begin to cover it!Less Highly likely to recommendLibby is a pleasure to work with. She was very helpful with every step of the home buying process. Always punctual and great at setting up showings to suit my needs and time constraints.
