Nargis is an amazing realtor and she excelled at helping my husband and I navigate our first home buying process. We were referred to Nargis by a relative. After we reached out to her, the first thing that surprised us was how responsive and hard-working she was. You text her a question any time of the day and she would reply in less than 5 mins! Sometimes, we sent her a listing that seems interesting and within minutes shell send disclosures and we would have a tour scheduled, which was tough to get during the pandemic. I know friends with other realtors who have struggled to get a tour scheduled on time. This was extremely helpful as there were no open houses during the pandemic. The other thing we noticed is that she was excellent at finding the right comps. We got the house we were looking for and had a great experience working with Nargis. Its been few months since and we are still in touch. If we need any help, we know Nargis is just a phone call away. We would highly recommend her to other home buyers.
