Natalie Salas

Natalie Biayobzcki Salas joined Keller Williams City View in October of 2014 with fourteen years of banking experience which includes nine years in the mortgage lending industry. Natalie has training as an underwriter for programs such as HAMP, FHA Retention (loss mitigation), FNMA, and conforming & non-conforming loans. Natalie also filled the position of a Short Sale Case Manager which involved communication with sellers, real estate agents, and attorneys to aggressively negotiate short sale net payoff based on fair market value data. Natalie’s duties also consisted of overseeing submission, approval, and terms of LPMI claims. Prior positions were Mortgage Loan Originator Consultant, Loan Closing Specialist (processor), and Quality Control Specialist (final documentation). With Natalie’s extensive mortgage background she has the customer service skills, and experience to assist clients in reaching their ultimate goal to either sell or purchase a home.
