Natallia Bor is not good person. Not good agent. Not honest. she pocketed my daughter money. Наталья Бор - нехороший человек, нехороший агент, нечестная и недобросовестная!!! Она присвомла деньги принадлежащие моей дочери!!!

I am writing this as a clarification requested by Natallia Bor, BOR Realty, and to comply with the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, Standard of Practice 15-3. As per Natallia Bor's communication, my Mom, Liliya Belakovskaya has apparently posted a negative review of Natallia Bor, BOR Realty, that might or might not have been deleted by Natallia Bor and/or per her request. I would like to provide the following clarification, as a statement of facts: - I am a licensed Real Estate agent in the state of Arizona. - Last summer, while relocating from Tucson to Phoenix, I referred myself and my family to Natallia Bor (BOR Realty), whom at that time I perceived to be a friend, to assist us in a Real Estate transaction, with the verbal agreement of a Referral Fee payment. - During the transaction, I noticed that the Referral and Buyer's Agent agreements were missing from the Real Estate transaction file and requested those documents to be added. My request has been rejected by Natallia Bor, BOR Realty and the calculated amount of $3,431.25 Referral Fee has been disputed by Natallia Bor and her husband Albert Bor, Bor Realty. - Natallia Bor, BOR Realty took possession of a full amount of $3,431.25 as part of her Buyer's Agent commission at the Close of Escrow on 08/20/2021 and as of today - 07/23/2022, has not paid a single dollar toward my referral fee. Again, I am stating the above facts solely based on Natallia Bor's request and to clarify my Mom's statement, to ensure that there is no misleading information circulates over the Internet. To further clarify: to adhere to the NAR Code of Ethics "Standard of Practice 15-2 The obligation to refrain from making false or misleading statements about other real estate professionals, their businesses, and their business practices ..." I will refrain from ANY commentaries about our real estate transaction experience with Natallia Bor, BOR Realty, so they can't be labeled "false or misleading". As for the 2-star rating - it is HomeLight's requirement to choose the number of stars - and this rating solely represents our family's opinion as Buyers and not my opinion as a licensed Real Estate professional.
