We were very pleased with Natascha when we were purchasing a townhome for my developmentally disabled brother. We needed something that was within walking distance to the bus, and in an area that was safe and close to a grocery store. We were able to find the perfect townhome for him and his roommate. The Katz' were awesome! They sold our house during the downturn in the market within a week at higher than our asking price - which was higher than what 3 other realtors we interviewed told us to ask! They're easy to work with and very knowledgeable, but you need to listen to what they advise and then do it! We had several offers all in the first week and we're happy to sell it to a wonderful couple who loved our house as much as we did. I highly recommend Natascha!

Amazing!!! I couldn't imagine having a better experience! She's always there to answer any questions and makes sure you're up to date on what's happening every step of the way! She's one of the kindest people I've ever met and she really enjoys her job which makes the experience sooo much easier especially being a first time home owner with a million questions. When she says she's always there for you, she really means it! She's amazingly reliable! She answers almost every call and promptly returns any that she's missed. She helped me find my dream home which had everything I asked for and more which was also within our budget.
