We used Natasha both as a buyers agent and a sellers agent. She was great on both ends. As a buyers agent she was very flexible with our schedules (we work nights and weekends) and moved very quickly any time we wanted to see a house. As a seller's agent, she had an offer for our house within 12 hours of it hitting the market. We sold our house opening weekend for 100% of appraised value! We also had a backup cash offer signed by the end of opening weekend. Lastly, she was great with our 4 year old and 2 year old and spent a lot of time supervising them while we where looking around at houses or meeting with contractors at the house we eventually bought.
