Natasha work with me to purchase my recent home. She was very knowledgeable in regards to the builders information and did a good job of relaying this information to me. The cost was set so she couldn't negotiate the price, but she ensure that I was aware of items that were upgrades costing more. Natasha also made sure she was available and if not you she would notify you.

From start to finish, Natasha provided excellent guidance, the utmost in personalized care, unflagging availability, and deep knowledge about a wide range of homes in multiple neighborhoods, and the real estate market in general. She is sharp, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every single question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Buying a home in this market is challenging to say the least, but working with Natasha was a pleasure. She exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend her!
