About Nathan Adams

I began my real estate career in 2003 as a homeowner/investor. My first investment property was a 2-bedroom condo, which I renovated over the next year while living on site. After I sold this home and gained a significant profit, I determined my future would be in real estate, renovations, and development. I got my formal start with a real estate investment company where I received a crash course in the Denver real estate market. I was looking at up to 40 homes a week and assisting in the buying and selling of 3 homes a month. This experience helped me gain a useful and working knowledge of real estate, construction and real estate development. By 2007, I had a good grasp on residential real estate and managed 10 million dollars in sales. In 2008 I continued to excel as I closed 14 million dollars and was awarded the top agent at Sterling for the second year in a row. The trend continued over the next few years as I reached over 17 million in sales by 2010. In 2007 I moved from doing a few renovation projects a year to doing more than 10 and would later grow to more than 40 per year. By 2012 my company, now branded as Adams Development, was building new homes. The company has built numerous projects ranging from single family homes to 18 unit developments. This company continues to progress and has become the leader of for sale residential development in Northwest Denver. After several years of being a team under Sterling Real Estate Group, Real Estate Denver Team became its own brokerage in April 2014. The group represents not only Adams Development, but also several developers in the area reaching over 55 million in real estate sales value in 2015 alone. In May of 2015, I opened Cornerstone Denver Design Build. The company has been successful so far and has plans of growing as the need for housing follows suit. We are currently slated to build 60 homes in 2016 Specialties: In an effort to become a complete real estate solution for my clients I have opened additional real estate companies and grown my abilities to assist my clients in many facets of real estate ownership and investing. I am now an owner/partner in a property management company, Real Estate Management Group, a construction company, Au Construction, and a development business, NMA Renovations LLLP.
