The best! and we have had dozens of real estate transactions over the years. He listed our home a his discount price and sold it. In that sale ,the buyers realtor needed help handling the deal and Neil made it all happen. We saved over 15K. We also used Neil on the buying end. We bought the house at an aggressive price. Neil was great with handling all the items that needed to be advocated in our favor.
