Nelly Some

I had a disappointing experience working with Realtor Nelly Some. At the start, she advertised a $40,000 credit for buyers in the listing, which was a major factor in our decision to pursue the property. However, as we moved forward, she began to make various excuses and eventually denied the credit altogether, claiming there was no such obligation. This was both frustrating and misleading, given that it was clearly stated in the initial listing. Additionally, Nelly herself acknowledged that the property was significantly overpriced and that a bank would likely not appraise it at the listed value. This raised questions about her pricing strategy and left us feeling uneasy about the true value of the property. It seemed like an avoidable issue that only added complications to an already stressful process. To make matters worse, Nelly’s availability was unreliable throughout our dealings. She often took days to respond to questions or would be unavailable for essential discussions and meetings. This lack of responsiveness made the process feel stagnant and added to our frustration, as timely communication is crucial in real estate transactions. Perhaps most disappointing was her attitude. Nelly came across as arrogant and dismissive, frequently calling our questions and concerns “a waste of time.” Her unprofessional demeanor made the experience even more challenging, adding unnecessary tension and frustration. In the end, working with her felt more like an obstacle than a partnership. I would not recommend her services based on this experience.
