Let me just tell you my experience with home buying before Nema. I went through two other Agents who wouldn't help me because they thought my low loan wasn't worth their time. The other was never responsive, never would reply to any of my messages or calls (along with the lender I had). I got so upset and almost gave up, until someone reached out to me saying they knew someone that would be an agent for me instead of more for themselves. I took that chance and called Nema. He was extremely responsive to every single text and call. He made things happen for me! I had trouble with a lender not wanting to work with me because our va loan and finding a lender to approve a mobile home through va (hard to find one that will accept mobile homes). I told Nema I believe that I needed a new lender. He found me a lender within minutes. He made things that were so hard with other agents and lenders, so easy for me. He answered every single question I've asked. No matter the time or day, he was responsive. After struggling to find a home for so long with no help, I have one now pending! If I ever buy another home, I will not call anyone, besides Nema. I have never found someone so helpful and responsive in this home buying process. Nema sent me listings, where as the other agents did not once do; I had to do that myself. Nema literally walked me through everything. Nema is by far the best. Five star rating in every area!

Extremely rude and unprofessional
