Niall Archbold is a phenomenal agent, patient/brave man, kid friendly, and all around great guy! Our house hunting adventure was often a family affair, which usually included myself, my husband (when he wasnt working), two small children, and my mother. I mentioned she was also in the market for a home too, and yep, Niall was brave enough to take on this mother daughter duo. A normal person would have probably pulled all their hair out by the end of it, but not Mr. Niall. He always kept a positive attitude and made it fun for all. He was flexible with our crazy schedules and went out of his way to help us see as many houses as possible until we found the right one. We hit a few bumps in the road along the way, but Niall was right there to help get everything worked out. Our conversations were open and candid, and I think we talked and laughed as much as anything else. Once we found our house, he took care of every detail, from making sure the right paperwork was completed on time, to the inspections, to requests to the sellers; all the way to the day we closed he was there to help. You would be hard pressed to find a more likeable, friendly, hard working real estate agent. Irish realtor with southern charm are not just words on his business card; it is truly who he is as a person. Not only did we find our home, but we made a friend as well. We have been in our new home for a few months and sure miss seeing Mr. Niall on a regular basis, but he still checks in to see how things are going.
