Secondly, he and his staff are so incredibly service oriented, efficient, and responsive. He is very knowledgeable about this increasingly complex process to sell a home and hes also very knowledgeable about the area. Anyone whos sold a home knows how stressful the whole process can be, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had Nick to guide us and answer any questions. His assistant, Sarah, was also a godsend. She helped us so much, even after closing. I think the other piece that Nick brings to the table is that hes realistic with you. He knows what the comparables are, he knows the area and he will let you know at what price you can get the most for your house while still being able to move the house in a timely manner. Last but not least, he also recommended another outstanding Keller-Williams realtor in a different state for buying a new home. We already recommended him to one of our neighbors who is thinking about selling. I would highly recommend Nick to friends or family!
