Nichole Byng was very knowledgeable, answered the many questions we had, worked around our busy schedules and found us our absolute dream house! She didn't waste our time if she knew we weren't interested in a property, which is valuable in a market favoring sellers! She's wasn't pushy, and allowed us to make the decision on what we wanted, and allowed us to see the potential floor plan options within the home we bought. She even brought her puppy to closing, knowing how much I love dogs. All around out for our families best interest and she nailed it!

When Nichole said her plan was to have our old home sold in 6 weeks Christie and I kinda chuckled, well she met her goal and we were working on purchasing our new home in that time as well. Great job. She always made us feel like we were her only clients. Her knowledge in markets is second to none. We have already recommend her to other people.

Nichole was PHENOMENAL in getting our house sold. She approached us as she saw our "for sale by owner' ad on facebook. After realizing ALL the paperwork and legalities that go with selling a home, we were SO naive to think we could've done it by ourselves. Nichole was immediate at responding to ALL my messages at all hours of the day and night (which I would NEVER expect, but totally appreciated!), being on time (early), and getting our house sold in the first showing and we also got what we were asking! She made the whole process very simple. She did the legwork. We are now building our forever home, but I will ALWAYS recommend Nichole to anyone! I actually saw her name SO many times on Facebook posts in people looking for a realtor, so I did not feel I needed to do my research on her. Her work ethic is outstanding!
