Nichole Rogers

Nichole Rogers made my life easy when building a house, and even after I moved in. She answered every phone call, email, or text. She directed me in the right direction with the warranty people for construction and my appliances, which both I had major issues with. She was a tremendous help and would likely recommend using her.

This was our first experience building a home but working with Nichole Rogers was great! She was always very attentive and responsive to address any issues or questions we might have.

We recently moved into our new home in Grand Haven. These folks have been a pleasure to work with. Nichole, our realtor, has been great, always keeping us informed and up to date from start to finish. We were concerned that this move might be more difficult at our age. Between Nichole and Shannon, our builder, every question or concern was handled right away and in a very professional manor. Shannon did a wonderful job with our house.

Had a reasonable experience after s few delays with weather and discussions about cosmetic vs structural with our back patio. Reliant stepped up and did the right thing in replacing the defective patio. Nichole was on top of all questions and issues representing Reliant as well as representing our investment as buyers. Building our new home at Calgary Downs was such a wonderful experience. Nichole was the ultimate sales person in not only being on top of her game but always pleasant and responsive to our every need. Having her there made building our home while we were living in another state so much easier. Shannon, who built our home, was awesome. He had such great attention to detail and built such a quality home where we hope to make many memories in. If I ever decide to build again it would definitely be with Reliant Homes and wherever Nichole and Shannon are teaming up. Cudos!

We just finished building our second home with Reliant. We loved our first house enough to build with them again, but this second house has us sold for life! Nichole is such an amazing agent to work with and we never had a question she didnt answer quickly and in the most helpful manner. She sent out weekly house updates so we always knew what was going on even if we couldnt physically be there. Our builder Shannon was so efficient, paid amazing attention to detail throughout the entire property. Not only were they on time with our build, which has been difficult for almost anyone to accomplish during Covid, but we were able to close early and be in the new house before the holidays.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and our experience in building our new home. We truly feel blessed and thankful! I LOVED the design appointment- the designer they have is wicked professional and she sure knows what she is talking about! With her guidance we picked beautiful finishes- and upgrades. Shannon the builder, is from the community and was wonderful to work with. The quality of things used in this home is TOP NOTCH- and beautiful. The people they staff to build the home are also TOP NOTCH! Nichole was super responsive and sent us weekly emails and updates. Again, if you are thinking of building a home these are the people to do it with! THANK YOU!

We had a home built in Sims Crossing because it was a small community with some established homes, and large lots. We absolutely LOVE our home. We have been in here for 2 months. No real problems have come up, the few items that i had concern with, I would call Tammy in the warranty department, she has ALWAYS been pleasant and had a contractor come out to look at it (no build quality problems at all). We have little if any complaints about the process. Our agent was Nichole. She was awesome to work with and was very knowledgeable. If she didn't know she would find out and let me know. We have the best looking home in the neighborhood IMO..lol. If I had to ding them for anything, I'd say that some of the light switches are in weird places, but we will get used to them over time. I highly recommend them. Great build quality and very organized process.
