- Nick showed me homes
Nick is not a person you want to share personal details with, or trust with any important decisions. I would not use him as my agent.
- Nick showed me homes
Nick is not qualified to do negotiation. He uses childish techniques and tantrums when things don’t go how he wants them to go. You will really be sorry if he is your agent and you want something different than he wants - he will just ignore you. I was sold a home with a broken oven, despite being told it would be fixed.
