Nicolas Bravo-camino

Nicholas is simple corrupt. He comes off very nice. He seems like he knows a lot and is very helpful. However, I caught him in multiple lies and then stopped using him all together. I have spoken to others about Nicholas and they echoed my concerns.

He is horrible and mean to woman and people of color. He lies and doesn’t care about any of his properties!! He is corrupt and nasty!

I inquired about a 3-bedroom rental and requested a phone call before sending a copy of my ID to confirm legitimacy. The individual texted that he would call within 30 minutes, but did not call for over two hours. When he finally called, the phone rang briefly and disconnected. He then left a voicemail saying, “So you wanted a call, right?” in a sarcastic and mocking tone, implying I was foolish for requesting a phone conversation. Following this, his messages became rude and unprofessional. He implied I was a “dummy” for wanting a phone call, questioned whether my phone was legitimate, and dismissed the inquiry altogether. The way he spoke to me was disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I have never experienced this level of rudeness or hostility when simply trying to verify a rental listing. Based on this interaction alone, I would strongly caution others before engaging.
