Nicole Silva

Nicole went above and beyond to sell my property.

Nicole helped me so much when finding the perfect home for me! It was my first time buying a house so I was a little hesitant, but Nicole eased my worry’s! She was happy to help me with any questions I had and made sure she made time when I wanted to see a house! I finally found the house for me and put in a offer. Nicole did everything possible to make sure I got that house, within 30 days of me making a offer I was going to sign the contract on my new house!!!! If ever sell or buy a home Nicole is the only person I will ever use!

Nicole was very helpful during our buying process. She's kind and has a very down to earth personality. She's very attentive to details as well. She showed us one house that we pointed out things we didn't like, the next house that she told us we would love, was sold the minute we laid eyes on it. I highly recommend her and refer her to friends!

Loved having Nicole help my family find and get our dream home she is awesome would work with her again in the future!!

Nicole was great! She sold our home in 12 days! She also helped us buy our new home which was new construction. She dealt with the builder for us when any problems arose. I’ll definitely use her again when we sell/but again.

Our experience as first time home buyers was Great! Nicole helped us find our perfect home. My family and I couldn't be any happier.

Nicole was very helpful and always responded when I called. She was there when I needed her. With the little knowledge I gave her of what I wanted, she made my dreams come true.

Great? She was very nice, understanding,a and thought. She really took care if us.

Buying my first home stressed me out almost to the point of giving up. I met Nicole through a reference. She’s a very down to earth person who knows her job well , took a lot of stress off me and made the entire process fairly simple . Truly she’s a wonderful realtor and I would definitely use her again if and when I decide to purchase another home .

Nicole was very helpful and knowledgeable. This was our first home buying experience, and she made the process very easy. She answered all of our questions and was very accessible. We would definitely use her for any future home purchase or sale.
