Nicollette Gorden

I am proud to be a Colorado Springs native. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else! My wonderful husband Greg and I have been married 23 years and we have two amazing kids, 3 dogs, and 1 cat. My family and I enjoy the great Colorado outdoors whether it is hiking, lake activities, or riding side by sides or ATVs. The quality of life, the people, schools, shopping, weather, and the community as a whole make Colorado Springs the perfect place to live and raise a family. There’s an adventure around every corner here in Colorado. It’s so exciting and rewarding for me personally to help people find their dream home. I cherish all the relationships that I have acquired being a native and REALTOR® in Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas. My clients become friends. It would be my honor to also help you in the process whether it is finding your dream home, selling your home, or purchasing an investment property. I would love the opportunity to make this process simple and enjoyable for you. Call me TODAY!
