Recently divorced, I was selling a house on my own for the first time and I could not have been happier with the experience of working with these two incredibly dedicated women! The house sold quickly and at the price we agreed upon.Nina has so much experience in pricing and selling - nothing gets by her! And Nicole was able to bring the point of view of potential buyers to the discussion as well. Nina hires a team to show a homes best assets, from a professional Interior Decorator assisting in staging your home to a gifted photographer, putting your home in its best light. Once the process began, Nina and Nicole were behind me at every expected and sometimes, unexpected turn. Nina was incredible throughout the entire process of our sale. She helped us stage the house, prepare for showings and went through detail after detail with us along the way. Having known Nina since 2009, I listed my Newton house with her in August 2015. Got an offer in about a month, but the deal fell thru at the last minute. So it went back on the market in November--not a great time in New Hampshire, especially since I was scheduled to go to Florida for the winter after Thanksgiving.
