I've worked with Noel for roughly two years. My family had a rather unusual situation. We were selling a house on a two year rent-to-own option to another family that we know. She worked with us throughout the process. I know that she wasn't getting paid until the house closed two years later, but she never let that stand in the way of being a great realtor to both my family and the buyer's family. When the buyer finally exercised his option to purchase the home, she made the whole process extremely easy for me. There were a few hiccups in the buyer's loan process, but she always kept me informed and took care of everything for me. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

We began the process of getting ready for an overseas move and were completely lost with regards as to what to do with our property and how to go about selling it. Noel was definitely very organized and knowledgeable as to everything related to the market and past experiences and tips, to help us prepare the house and navigate the paperwork. We decided to call Noel and hire her and her firm to help us sell our property. The paperwork signing process was as easy as it comes and she explained everything in a way it was easy for us to follow and understand. She took care of everything, from photos to communication with us overseas, to all the scheduling/signing appointments for closing. My wife and I purchased a home in Olympia, but it wouldn't have happened without Noel Grant. Noel's experience, professionalism, patience, and concern throughout the "house search" to "close of escrow" process helped keep us on track, and smoothed the bumps along the way. Our house search was particularly challenging. We were conducting the search remotely from California. Noel helped screen the properties with the latest availability information and set up visits personally for concentrated 3-4 day periods when we could afford to be in the area. The fact that we were looking at inexpensive low-end properties with small sales commissions all around the greater Olympia area didn't matter to Noel. This process repeated three times over a five month period. She tirelessly took us to almost a hundred different properties. Along the way Noel provided invaluable information regarding neighborhoods, market conditions, and the details regarding purchasing these properties, including dealing with four different counties, government web sites, "as builts", and the intricacies of bidding processes for bank-owned properties, to name just a few of the challenges. The consummate professional, she was always clear regarding what issues she could and could not address, and where to find additional information and resources whenever necessary. She helped us prepare four different offers and held our hands during those roller coaster rides until one was accepted. During escrow Noel continued to stay available, helping to arrange home, pest, and septic appointments, and even stood in as our proxy when we were not in the area to be there personally. When complications and delays inevitably arose with the property, she helped sort out the details and keep the deal on course. Throughout this process, Noel provided seamless and timely communication, through emails, texts, phone calls, and of course in person. She was selfless and always kept our best interests foremost.
