Oliver and his team were nothing short of fantastic. After interviewing countless realtors, Oliver was hands down the best. After we put in two offers, the process was conducted very efficiently by phone and e-mail because we live out of state. Every question was promptly answered, and all our needs were met in a timely manner. When we needed an extension on the closing date, Oliver was able to negotiate that for us.
