Olivia Bates

I was born and raised in Eastern Iowa on a small family farm. I have extensive knowledge of Cedar Rapids and the surrounding areas; including both metro and rural areas along the corridor. I enjoy working with home buyers, but am also well versed in listing and selling single family homes, condos, acreages, and farm land. With a strong skill set in customer service and sales, my goal is to make your experience as effortless as possible. Starting with listening to your wants and needs, this is more than just a transaction but the start of a new relationship. I am very motivated to help those seeking the best real estate services around!
