In Oakland's extremely competitive housing market, Olivia made me feel at home buying my new home. She was able to get my offer accepted in a situation where the seller had a number of offers to choose from. She was helpful and available whenever I needed her, and always prompt to follow up with my questions, even when she was on vacation with her family. I never had any difficulty scheduling time to see a property and she was always at the property before I was. Perhaps most importantly, Olivia really knows the market. I love the home I bought in the end, but fell in love with many along the way. I could not be more satisfied, and would recommend Olivia to anyone looking to buy a beautiful home.
