I was in need of finding a home ASAP because my landlord at the time decided to sell the home I was renting. I was looking for an agent that was going to help me get in a place within a month or so. My loan officer introduced me to Pablo. I am so glad that she did because he moved fast. We met for the first time on a Sunday to look at a few homes. We didn't find any at the time that worked. We met again the next day and found a home we fell in love with. We put it an offer that day and the very next day our offer got accepted. Not only did we get our offer accepted, but in the end we received a price reduction of $9000 from our original offer and the previous owners made an additional 10k of repairs. It was the sweetest deal. I am so glad to have had Pablo working for us. He is amazing. He was highly involved and was by my side every step of way making sure that everything went smoothly. Where did this guy come from?! I love this guy! Pablo is top notch. I know he's got plenty of clients, but I always felt like I was the only one. I don't know how he does that. Does he sleep? Probably not. Working with Pablo, I've made offers on 3 houses. Every time, we got accepted and did so under asking price-- sometimes by shocking margins... all of these in a seller's market!But if that's all I told you, you'd think it's about the money. It's not. Pablo was constantly looking to help me find a place that met my goals... even as they kept changing. He's a no-pressure guy who really works his butt off to make sure you get the best home you can afford.I can't say enough. It's not just that he's a great realtor. He's a fantastic person who CARES. He's super-informed, taught me a bunch, and has a whole team of people helping you at every step of the way. I got my first home with Pablo, and I plan to get every home in the future with him. Even if I have to kidnap him and stuff him into the trunk of my car. (Don't worry. I'll return him when I'm done... and he could probably use the sleep anyway.)

I cannot say enough good things about Pablo Salazar. Pablo has helped me with two sales and two purchases, and he exceeds my very high expectations every time. He always goes above and beyond for his clients.On the sale side he is amazing with assisting with staging a lived in home, getting me the most money for my sale, finding amazing buyers and keeping buyers happy even in turbulence. Most recently he helped me get a unicorn of a buyer for a very very unique property that needed extensively repair. I was so worried that I wouldn't get a buyer and that I'd have to lower price, but Pablo came through and negotiated for me like a champ.On the purchase side he is great at getting a great deal, and helping me be realistic about my price range without compromising. His communication skills with other agents and reading other agents is impeccable. He also was amazing at managing my (very high) anxiety around a complicated purchase.Pablo is incredibly honest and isn't just trying to make as much money he can off you, it's obvious through every step of the way that he genuinely wants you to get your dream home, and he's willing to go the extra mile to make it happen. He always wears a mask (and wears it right) he even supplied hand sanitizer for the walkthroughs of my sale. 11/10 would recommend.
