For example, one afternoon he used his pickup truck to buy wood chips then delivered it to my house, after that he helped with what my gardener didn't even want to do under the scorching sun, laying the wood chips down all the tough spots where weren't previously covered. My family got to know Paddy 5 years ago when he helped us to buy our wonderful homestead in Moraga, and after that he didn't just drift away. He stayed in touch and regularly inform us on the real state market movement in our area. With his help, we were very informed and confident on what we should see and how much to ask for our house. Paddy was incredible. He offered sound advice on the necessary clean up and renovation. He patiently assisted a family member in locating and moving to a new residence. He found and managed various contractors, planted flowers, loaned out his truck for Home Depot runs, and watered. His marketing plan and brochures were thorough and professional. He staged the home and conducted numerous open houses. He was always available to talk and kept us posted throughout the process. Paddy and his team are top notch! We have come to know Paddy over the prior year as we bought a new house then sold our old house. Buying a house is an exciting and fun time but can be nerve racking and a really difficult decision.
