Paddy was incredible. He offered sound advice on the necessary clean up and renovation. He patiently assisted a family member in locating and moving to a new residence. He found and managed various contractors, planted flowers, loaned out his truck for Home Depot runs, and watered. His marketing plan and brochures were thorough and professional.
