We were already somewhat familiar with the neighborhoods we wanted to buy a home in. Pam was really responsive and easy to work with. She set us up with email alerts so wed be notified when a house in our desired areas and price range came onto market. When we would see a house online that we were interested in, Pam would work quickly to arrange a tour she would Facetime us in, so we could see the house since we couldnt be there in person. Ultimately we found the house we loved and Pam made sure we put in a strong bid quickly given the competitive real estate market. We were thrilled when our offer was accepted. Pam was also helpful in recommending vendors to help get the house ready before we moved in (ie painter, floors/carpet, etc). My husband and I were relocating from overseas and we only had about 45 days look for and close on a house. Pam did an amazing job of communicating prior to us arriving at the Charleston area. We saw about 30 properties over 2 days and Pam was incredibly patient with us throughout, wanting to help us find the perfect home for us. She even gave up a holiday to work with us. My husband and I had a great experience with Pam! I would highly recommend her. She has a lot of knowledge of all areas of Charleston- having lived in several of them. We were in a bit of a rush to buy a home, and she met with us based on our availability. Saturday, evenings, she was always available. I bombarded her with texts, phone calls and emails (New homebuyer-lots of questions!) and she wads always quick to respond or answer. Can I give more than 5 stars?! Pam was absolutely amazing! My husband and I were purchasing our first home and Pam was always there and more than willing to answer any questions we had. We ending up going with a new build home which came with hiccups as always. There were several times when we began to feel overwhelmed and Pam was always there to help us out and communicate our concerns to the builder and their rep. With all of her help we were able to get the home of our dreams!
