Paola helped us purchase and sell investment properties for a profit. She has excellent knowledge of the market and gives great advice on how to maximize returns. She has extensive background on the Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) ordinance that was passed last year by the City of Los Angeles. We will continue investing with her.
Weve used Paola a couple times now and our experience has been great pre, during, and post purchase. Paola was very knowledgeable about the areas we were looking to buy and made the process as stress-free (if there is such a thing) and smooth of a process as possible. During shopping, inspection, and escrow process she was there to hold our hand and was a great source for answers to our questions. Paola also has saved us quite a bit of money in both cases by keeping us from offering too much and encouraged us to offer less than we had planned, with both offers being accepted.
