I'm a Canadian & Patricia was introduced to me by a friend. From the get go Patricia was very professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and wonderful to deal with. She went out of her way to get my home spruced up and staged for showings, supervising repairs and repainting etc. and handling all aspects of costs arrangements etc., on my behalf, as I was miles away and had to send checks and money from Canada. Her knowledge of the market was phenomenal, she set a competitive list price and in the 1st day of listing we obtained 17 offers and selected one that was $16,000 more than the list price. The sale closed with hardly any problem. The last few days before the final close we suffered a break in into the premises. Here again Patricia took full charge and had all the minor repairs fixed and paid for separately from the closing statements so as not to hamper the closing. Everything went well and we closed as planned, what a remarkable Realtor!! I have no hesitation at all in recommending her to anyone who has need for a true Professional with extremely good Customer Service, integrity, marketing and real estate skills, honesty and Class!!

Patricia gave me seasoned and intelligent advice and direction throughout the process. She suggested that a remodel of my property for sale would boost its value way beyond the cost of the upgrades---and she was right on. Her taste in decor for the improvements: floors, bathrooms, doors, walls; is impeccable. The price she was able to get for me went up by much more than double the cost of the upgrades. She managed the entire upgrade project herself!! You will never find a more intelligent, industrious, or innovative agent on this planet...or probably any other. I ought to know---I'm a planetary scientist.
