Things aren't always as they appear. MOLD, MUSHROOMS, LEAKS, UNORTHODOX LIVING, SCARE TACTICS, UNWILLING, LYING, THIRD PARTY THEIVES. We moved in during June and even tho the lease said June 2nd, apparently that was wrong from the gitgo; she was convinced that we moved in June 5th: she seemed very confused. She had unprofessional shampooing of the carpet, which was still soaking wet and gave off an awful odor. It was pulling teeth to get her and her thievery third party band of idiots to replace the carpet with simple and easy flooring. We went on vacation July 17th. We set up cameras in our kitchen. Her merry band of jokers, ALACANTARA PAINTING, took 4 days to complete and 4 of the most incompetent workers I've ever seen. They rummaged through our refrigerator every day and who knows what else they did cause they sealed off the kitchen with plastic. Then we caught their FOREMAN AND OWNER, FRANKLIN ALACANTRA, drinking Corona premium/platinum on the job and hid the bottle in our one closet next to the kitchen. We were able to see this happen due to the fact that they left an entrance way from the kitchen to the living room. He had no idea he was being filmed and denies his actions to this day. I called her and told her to tell them to stop their acts of sifting through our belongings and sent her the videos and pictures of them. She HEAVILY denied these claims even with video evidence. Problems didn't end there. During the hours of about 2am, I went to my fridge for a drink and on my way back to the bedroom I noticed that our tile in our DINING ROOM was discolored. I realized that it was drenched. Where is this coming from? Then I saw another issue, there was a MUSHROOM GROWING IN OUR CONDO! I called her the next day to tell her. She was so shocked at this happening and still didn't believe it when I sent her pictures. She had Juniors Mechanical come out to deal with the issue. They opened up the wall, about several incisions were made which were approximately 3x3 in order to find the issue. The experienced plumber showed me with my own eyes that there was a measurable leak, having been there for over 3 months. He fixed the issue and left, never boarding up or blocking the cuts he had made for he told me that it was the owners job to take care of it, which is understandable. She was notified 5 TIMES ABOUT THE HOLES IN THE WALL AND DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. I had Jimmy rig it with plastic which still wasn't good enough to block the smell and cover it all. This lasted for 2 WEEKS. Patricia, knowing that my girlfriend is allergic to mold, still did nothing about it. So we came home from work, again on a Sunday, and we opened the door and was hit in the face with the most god awful and wretched smell ever. I freaked out and said that's it, we are moving. She claimed that she didn't know about the holes in the wall, yeah frigging right... I HEAVILY RECOMMEND NOT TO DEAL WITH PATRICIA CHIU. SHE IS AN AIRHEADED MORON AND IS A LIAR.
