Tricia as she like to be called was my buyers agent. She was extremely helpful as I was an out of town buyer. After I explained my needs, she directed me to a number of homes that met the requirements. As my time on my visits was limited she helped me make the most of it, and she also help my sister to visit and photograph houses that she though might meet my needs. She quickly became attuned to what I wanted and what I didn't want, so there was no wasted time. She worked with me for several months until we got the list down to two or three. When I made the offer on the house I bought, she was able to provide information not easily found on the house. I was able to make a good first offer, countered and my counter was accepted. Having the critical information on what the prior owner paid for the house, and the balance owing on his loan allowed me to make a fair offer.
