I could not rave more about PK and her professionalism! I was referred to her as a local real estate expert and that's exactly the level of service she gave us during our first home buying process. The entire process was incredibly easy with her on our side and keeping us posted through every part of searching, negotiating, and closing. There was a bit of a glitch during our walk through as the seller did not leave the home in contract condition and without even needing to ask, PK had gone to bat for us and made it a seamless closing that completely worked out in our favor!
