Beware, stay far away from this individual. She is a ruthless scammer in every sense of the word. I thought i was the only person dealing with issues that stemmed from her, until other residents started telling me about their experiences. She lied about Current HOA does, i was hit with much higher dues because they weren't disclosed in the paperwork. Never showed up to closing, never gave me my key to the apartment i PAID for. Had an AirBNB person illegally squatting in the unit i paid for until i had a lock smith break the door down. Manipulates the HOA BOARD from a distance for personal gain, illegally gets resident emails and sends them "recommendation" emails pretending they are from the current board in order get votes from residents who are not aware of the "politics" of the condominium. I would not touch her with a 15 foot pole. Don't fall for the trap... you've been warned.
