About Patricia (trish) Watson

I joined J. R. Hobbs and Sons Realty in 2011. I have over 7 years of Real Estate experience and we would love the opportunity to work with you, your family & friends. I have come to know so many individuals and families through my work in the community and find such joy in helping people to find a place to call home. I will gladly provide references to those who have never used my services. My previous clients pay me the biggest compliment by sharing their real estate experience with and referring not only their family members, but their friends to me. Repeat business of those whom I've served has kept me busy over the years and is greatly appreciated.

For those who don't know me, let me share about myself. I have been married for over 33 years to my husband, Charles, and we are both originally from Lebanon, TN. Charles too has been in real estate over the years and continues to assist me as needed with the administration end of it, but stays quit busy himself as the Squadron Commander for the Civil Air Patrol, Murfreesboro Composite Squadron, located at the Murfreesboro Airport. He serves the community in this role and has been involved in many search and rescue missions over the years, disaster relief missions, including flying the oil spill missions over a wide-spread area of four states and working closely with FEMA during many missions. He too serves in out-of-state flight academies, with our son Charles. They have loved working and flying together over the years. As you can see it was in our sons blood to fly, from an early age. :o) My husband also served as an Officer in the U.S.A.F. and we are both not only very
active in our community, but in our church as well.

We lived out-of-state for many years, in both Mississippi and Texas , but we returned to Middle Tennessee when our son was 5 years old and we were thrilled to be back home. Our son graduated a couple of years ago from Middle Tennessee State University with a Professional Pilot degree. He is a Commercial Corporate Pilot flying all over the country these days and needless to say, he enjoys his work as much as I enjoy real estate. Our son has been such a delight and brought us so much joy. We long for the day when he marries his sweetheart, Rachel, and has children of his own. :o)

I had many years of experience as a Corporate HR/Legal employee in both Texas and Tennessee. I had a desire to become a Realtor since living in Texas , but once we returned to Middle TN, I landed a great Corporate job and couldn't see how I could do both. After many years of thinking and praying about it, I got my Real Estate License and started part-time, for the first 2 years. I had such a passion for helping people find a home, that I decided to leave the Corporate world in order to do real estate full-time.

I've been a Realtor for almost 8 years now and absolutely love what I do for a living. I look forward to everyday, because everyday is different, from working with 1st time home buyers, helping them to find their very first home, to working with folks needing to sell or downsize, helping them to find another home that's a better fit, at this season in their lives. I tell my family often how I love helping and getting to know people from different parts of the country or world, of all ages, not to mention all walks of life. I enjoy getting to know folks while working with them and have formed many friendships over the years, by doing so.

I feel strongly that this is the most rewarding work that I have ever done and because I have such a passion for helping people, I plan to continue to serve the community in this role for the rest of my life. Please know that I will make myself available to help you find your wants and needs in a home. Know too, that I want to prove to you that I am a Realtor with Integrity. Please feel to call or drop by the office and allow me to serve you with your real estate needs.
