We used Patrick to help us find out first home. When we were working with him he was always extremely quick to answer all of our questions in regards to the properties, the mortgage process and things that an experienced Realtor can see in a house that we did not notice. Once we looked at a few houses with him he was able to get a good feel for exactly what we were looking for and what we werent able to articulate very well to him and was able to email us listings to take a look at. This helped a lot with our busy schedule because instead of looking at every house that came on the market we were able to trust Patrick and look at the houses he recommended to us. Weve already passed his information along to our family members who either are or will be looking at either purchasing or selling their own home soon. When we need to sell our house and buy something bigger in the future Patrick will be the only Realtor on our list that we will be reaching out to.
