'm a Real Estate Broker in Tennessee and Georgia. We were selling our home in Florida to the tenants who had rented it for 2 years. When the sale fell through about 3 weeks prior to the end of their lease, I spoke with Patrick who was familiar with the neighborhood and the local market. He felt confident that he could sell my home for much more money than I was getting from my tenants. Patrick spoke with us about the home, the community, the local market and what price to list at and gave good advice on what price should be our minimum acceptable price. After a poor experience with our previous home purchase we didn’t know what to expect but After the first call with Patrick I knew we were in great hands. Patrick is so personable and his knowledge about the market showed. Soon after we met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes have sold, how long listings in the area typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on other homes in the area. We were concerned that our house would take forever to sell in such a buyers maker where the average home has been sitting for over 93 days.
