Patrick Karbon

Hello and Thank You for reading my Bio! I'm originally from Dearborn, Michigan and in 1998 I was drawn to the mountains and moved to Summit County to teach Snowboarding at Breckenridge. In 2001, I returned home to finish College at UofM-Dearborn and began investing in distressed houses in Detroit (Licensed in 2010) After moving back to Colorado to pursue my Brokers License (2013) I was hired to manage a friend's bar in Globeville. With my experience in Detroit-Investment Properties, I was drawn to the surrounding neighborhoods including Swansea/Elyria, RiNo, Cole/Clayton and have helped many clients Buy and Sell who require a specialist with those types of properties. I believe that as a Real Estate Professional, we have a duty to exhibit Honesty and Integrity and you should work with someone that you Know, Like and Trust. Thank You again for reading this and I look forward to meeting you! Sincerely, Patrick Karbon
