Definitely wasn’t a good one. He did OK during the purchasing process. The issue I have has to do more with his property management or should I say mismanagement. I already had the house picked out that I was gonna purchase so it wasn’t like he helped me find a house. I already had it picked out and all he did was help me close the deal. He might be OK as a purchasing and sales agent but as a property manager, he has got to be my biggest regret. Since this site primarily deals with purchasing and selling though I’m not gonna go into a whole Lotta detail about it I’ll just say that for investors if you’re looking for a property management company and he happens to be your purchasing or selling agent find another property management company to manage your rental; at least if you care anything at all about fair market value. I lost a lot of money by choosing to trust this man instead of doing further research and interviewing other property management companies ahead of time versus choosing to trust this guy which again turned out to be my biggest mistake as a real estate investor. He might have an A+ rating as a real estate agent in purchasing and sales but as a property manager, I’d give him an F-!!!
