- Patrick listed and sold my home
Patrick had a great communication skill and he was easy to talk to. He took us to any house that we wanted to see and found houses that fit our criteria. He gave us personal attention and that is super important. We weren’t able to get the best price but we don’t think it has anything to do with Patrick. The developer refused to budge with the listing price but we were able to add some amenities with the listing price . Patrick was able to add a front porch, a bigger island for us and a fence. We are happy with that.
