    • I recently purchased a new home with the help of Patti Williams of Luxe Group. I have known Patti for several years, starting in 2009 when she sold a piece of property that I had owned with my husband who had recently passed away. As many of you remember, this was the beginning of the fall out from the burst real estate bubble and the very long and severe economic recession that followed. This was not the optimum time to sell any real estate, much less a piece of land. After 3 failed attempts with other realtors to sell my property, I found Patti. With her many years of experience in real estate, her numerous contacts and acquaintances, combined with her positive outlook and keen instincts, Patti was able to sell this lot. I am sure that what appeared to be so effortless from my perspective, actually involved many hours of work on her part to secure this deal, given the enormous challenges that the market presented at that time. But she pulled it off! And in the years that I have known Patti since this transaction, I have come to expect nothing less from her. Her hallmarks are perseverance, integrity, positivity, and business acumen.And since that original sale years ago, I have relied on her alone to help me with my real estate transactions. Not only did she sell a house for me in the summer of 2017, but she was the buyer agent for my most recent real estate acquisition. She was always available with common sense advice when needed; and step by step she guided me through the buying process. She returned calls promptly when she was unable to answer right away. Her sensitivity to my individual needs made the purchase of my new home a breeze. I am not sure I have all the words necessary to do this icon of the local real scene justice, but suffice it to say that she deserves all the accolades that I, and many others could bestow upon her.

    • Its been about a month since closing on my first home and I must say that I couldnt be happier.Patti with Luxe Group was so knowledgeable during the entire home buying transaction.
